Do you ever have those parts you can’t find on the internet? One of the many things I want on my GTO are center locking wheels. I don’t care, I just want them. I know Monaro race cars have them. I have searched days to find the spindles to allow center lock wheels. Any help would be appreciated. Google does nothing for me and IDK where they would get these. Anyone else just have those things you can’t find?

They may change the entire hub/ suspension assembly on the race cars, therefore the spindle set up wouldnt fit or be available for street cars. All i can think of.

maybe some kind of aussie eqivalent of Turner motorsport for BMWs would have obscure racing parts for these?

Yes. I know the feeling of wanting parts that you can’t find.

I am fine with upgrading the suspension too. I need to make some Aussie friends.

No, I have seen this, but I want to do a proper spindle swap. Adapters seem like a poor idea.

Call Pratt & Miller to see if they have any of these bits left around. Not that they’d bolt on, that car is a GTO in name only.

Those were 10 years ago now, but if they or anyone else has those bits they’ll be expensive. The Racer’s Group up north ran them.

The shift knob on my MR2. It’s a 1990, but 1991 was the first model year in the US. And the ‘90 had a different knob. The ‘91 and onwards are readily available from America, but as far as they’re concerned the ‘90 didn’t exist (typical). It might be still available in Japan, but the language barrier makes that awful hard.
